Sasken to buy Botnia, two arms in all-cash deal
Sasken Communication Technologies said on Wednesday that it was acquiring the Finland-based Botnia Hightech Oy and its two subsidiaries for € 35.5 million (about Rs 200 crore) in an all cash deal.
